Sit down to a glass of Louis Roederer Champagne as Palm Court is transformed into the city’s most elegant runway, and partake of a decadent array of fashionable treats including chocolate stilettos, little ‘dress’ sandwiches with mustard buttons and a WORLD-inspired chocolate and yoghurt delice.

Plus, there’s a limited edition WORLD collectable gift for you to take home.

Stylish and sophisticated à la carte dining with a refined service now has a new home: Palm Court. This elegant new bar is The Langham Auckland’s exquisite centrepiece, serving breakfast, light snacks, drinks and Tiffin Afternoon Tea daily.

The luxurious hotel’s guests and visitors can now start the day with a stylish and sumptuous à la carte breakfast that includes pancakes with bacon, maple syrup and cream cheese or warm croissants with Champagne and strawberry jam.

Cathay Pacific Releases Combined Traffic Figures For January 2014

Cathay Pacific Airways has released combined Cathay Pacific and Dragonair traffic figures for January 2014 that show a year-on-year increase in passenger numbers, partially driven by the shift in the timing of Chinese New Year. Cargo and mail tonnage declined compared to the same month in 2013.

Cathay Pacific and Dragonair carried a total of 2,544,259 passengers in January – an increase of 9.3% compared to the same month in 2013. The passenger load factor climbed by 4.9 percentage points to 83.4%, while capacity, measured in available seat kilometres (ASKs), increased by 3.3%

Cathay Pacific Doubles Capacity on Auckland-Hong Kong Route for Peak Summer Months

Cathay Pacific has introduced double daily flights for the summer peak with flight CX117 between Hong Kong and Auckland touching down 10 minutes early at 7.20 am today (December 2) at Auckland International Airport.

The return flight CX118 departed from Auckland at 8.55am with a scheduled arrival into Hong Kong at 3.20 pm (local time). The schedule of this additional daily flight is designed to maximise connections to and from China, in particular, as well as Japan, Korea and the Middle East.
