The HKNZBA hosted a Food & Beverage Delegation from Hong Kong, led by the HKTDC, in Auckland in March. Mr Fred Lam (Executive Director of HKTDC), Ms Bonnie Shek (Director of Australia & New Zealand, HKTDC Sydney), members of the visiting delegation and the Executive Committee members of the HKNZBA were welcomed with a Michelin Star cuisine prepared with New Zealand grown organic produce.
