Ms Vivian Cheung

Treasurer

Vivian has 20 years experience in capital markets across major financial centres including Hong Kong, Singapore and Toronto.

She previously held head of sales and head of product roles for Asia-Pacific at HSBC and Commerzbank in Hong Kong for her respective divisions.

Vivian was born in Hong Kong and speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.  Migrating to Canada at school age her career started as a program host (DJ) in one of Toronto’s major Cantonese Radio stations before moving into the finance industry. From there, she returned to Hong Kong in 2004 moving into investment banking for the next 15 years before migrating with her husband and young family to New Zealand in 2018.

From her experience in the financial industry, she has maintained a strong network of professionals across Asia as well as a deep understanding of doing business in Asian capital markets.

In her free time Vivian enjoys socializing with family and friends. She also slots in a run or yoga session whenever she can.
